Erratum

The caption to Fig. 3 should read:

Model equivalence-ratio ({\phi}o) bifurcation plots with {\phi}u = 0.595 (top) and {\phi}u = 0.593 (bottom). Fixed model parameters are {\sigma}{\phi} = {\sigma}F = 0, {\phi}l = 0.59, and Fo = 0.25.
{\phi} and {\sigma} refer to the Greek letters phi and sigma.
